お片付けと心理学(^^♪お片付けって自分の心の状態にもすごく左右されますよね。
例えば、テスト前は無性に片付けしたくなったり
やらなきゃいけないんだけど、なにかしら理由をつけて後回しに似たり…
その時の気持ちの状態を知ることでモノと向き合えるんですよー
と教えてくれたのがオズとも子先生です。
先日とも子先生の出版記念パーティにおじゃましてきました(^^♪
周りの人に気を使いすぎて自分のこと後回しにしちゃう日本人…
もう少し自分を大切にしてもいいんだよー
って思える本です。(すっごいざっくり過ぎてごめんなさい)

モデルハウス撮影でお世話になった髙森さんにもあえました！
殆どの方と初対面だったのですが、皆さんとってもフレンドリーで
収納やお片付けのお仕事されてる方が多く
とても楽しいひと時でした(*´▽｀*)
